IdonPay

Terms of Use (EULA)

Last updated: 2026

This is IdonPay's End User License Agreement (EULA) — the terms you agree to by using the app.

What IdonPay is

IdonPay is a record-keeping tool for small businesses — recording sales and payments, tracking customers who owe you, and (on the Pro plan) exporting a statement of your business activity. It isn't a bank, doesn't hold your money, and doesn't move money on your behalf.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for keeping your password private. Business owners can invite staff accounts with their own logins; the owner is responsible for what those accounts do.

Basic and Pro

The Basic plan is free forever. Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly through the App Store or Google Play, and follows their standard renewal and cancellation rules — you can cancel anytime from your device's subscription settings, and it stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Your data, your records

The sales, payments, and customer records you enter are yours. We store them so you can access them from your own devices; we don't sell them or use them to advertise to you. You can export a statement (Pro) or delete your account and everything in it at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

IdonPay is for recording real business activity. Don't use it to store data you don't have the right to hold, or in a way that violates the law where your business operates.

No warranty

IdonPay is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for business decisions made based on figures the app shows you — always double-check anything important, like a statement you're sending to a lender.

Changes

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and let you know in the app.
