Delete Your Account

You're always in control of your data. Deleting your account is permanent and can't be undone.

How to delete your account

  1. 1Open the IdonPay app and sign in.
  2. 2Go to Settings (the More tab).
  3. 3Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete Account.”
  4. 4Enter your password to confirm, then tap “Delete my account.”

Only the business owner's login can delete the account — a staff account can't delete the whole business.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, immediately and for every business this account owns:

  • check_circleYour merchant profile (business name, phone number, email)
  • check_circleEvery sale, payment, and reconciliation record
  • check_circleEvery customer/debtor you've recorded as owing you
  • check_circleYour product/inventory list
  • check_circleAny staff accounts you've added and their access
  • check_circleNotifications and device tokens tied to your account
